About Us:

East Texas is rich in natural resources, and in the history of it's people.  Dan's parents grew up in these woods and prairies.  I, on the other hand was raised in  southeast Texas. We seemed surrounded by refineries and chemical plants.   My dad was also born and raised there, and my mother was a Louisiana native.  I was a city girl who fell in love with a country boy.  I think that East Texas won me over at about the same time.

Many dedicated people have brought the English Jack Russell Terrier to where they are today.  Dan and look forward to the opportunity to help carry on and offer these very special four-legged, tail wagging friends to more good homes.   After all, Texas means friend.
